Materials:

1 and 1/9 yard unbleached domestic
Two dowel rods
Red and blue tempra paint
Sponges with which to make banner
Red, white, and blue crepe paper for streamers

• Fold domestic (right side  to right side) in half down middle.
• Seam both ends and make casing for dowels.
• Turn.
• Paint banner and Let dry.  Design of banner contingent of sponges available.
• Insert Rods
• Make streamers and thumb tack to top of rods
• Thumb tack bottom of banner to rods to hold banner in place.
